Neynot is a TradingView-based market analysis tool designed to help traders analyze market conditions, identify potential trading setups, and improve their decision-making process.

Neynot provides analytical information based on predefined technical conditions. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guaranteed trading results.

Trading involves significant risk, and all trading decisions are made solely at the user's own discretion and responsibility.

Neynot is offered as a subscription-based service.

By purchasing a Neynot subscription, you receive access to the Neynot TradingView indicator for the selected subscription period.

Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the payment method and subscription option selected during checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period to prevent future charges.

Neynot access is provided through TradingView Invite-only functionality.

After completing a purchase, customers must provide their correct TradingView username.

Access activation is performed manually and may take up to 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Providing an incorrect TradingView username may delay activation.

A valid TradingView account is required to use Neynot.

Access is granted only to the TradingView account associated with the username provided during purchase.

Sharing, transferring, or allowing other individuals to use your Neynot access is prohibited.

Neynot access may be revoked if unauthorized account sharing or misuse is detected.

All payments are processed through the payment provider available on the Neynot website.

Subscription fees are charged according to the selected subscription plan.

If a subscription payment fails, access to Neynot may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date to prevent future subscription charges.

Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current subscription period.

After cancellation, users may continue using Neynot until the end of the already paid subscription period unless access is terminated due to violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Due to the digital nature of Neynot and the immediate delivery of access to a TradingView Invite-only indicator, refunds are generally not available after access activation.

By purchasing Neynot and providing a TradingView username, the customer acknowledges that the digital service may be activated and delivered after payment confirmation.

Refund requests submitted before access activation may be reviewed individually.

Any refund requests must be submitted through the official Neynot support channel.

Purchasing Neynot means the customer understands and accepts that access to the digital product is provided after activation and that subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan.

Neynot does not guarantee profits, specific returns, win rates, or trading performance.

Past market behavior and historical examples do not guarantee future results.

Market conditions constantly change, and any trading strategy may experience losses.

Users remain fully responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, and account management.

Neynot is intended as a market analysis and decision-support tool.

The indicator helps traders identify possible market opportunities based on technical conditions, but it does not replace personal analysis, experience, or risk management.

All Neynot software, scripts, designs, branding, documentation, and related materials are protected intellectual property.

Users are not permitted to:

• modify,
• redistribute,
• resell,
• reverse engineer,
• share access to Neynot with third parties.

Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination of access.

Neynot may receive updates, improvements, and modifications over time.

Features, functionality, and supported markets may change to improve the overall product experience.

Neynot and its creators are not responsible for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Users acknowledge that trading financial markets carries inherent risk.
